Representatives from the Southwest, West, South-Central eurobil and Paraná Capital regions gathered in the auditorium of Senac, in Pato Branco, for the 19th Meeting of Leaders of Local Productive Arrangements (APLs) of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of Paraná . The event, sponsored by Assepro-Paraná and Sebrae / PR, discussed the future of the sector and integrated activity schedule I of Fair Science, Technology and Innovation of Pato Branco, Inventum 2013. "Our participation in Inventum was important to bring entrepreneurs, leaders and local authorities, resulting in a joint effort for the advancement of ICT in the state," recalls Vice President of Assespro-Paraná, Adriano Krzyuy.
"This action of integration between clusters, and all work in search of improvements for the sector, demonstrating the development of ICT in Paraná and good articulation to meet regional demands," says the Director eurobil of Quality eurobil Assespro-Paraná, Matt Leonardo. Discussions of APLs were divided into three working groups: Human Capital, Public Policy and Market Intelligence. After the meeting, were defined actions will be taken to hold the next meeting, which will be in March 2014, in Londrina. Hiring an executive to follow up on the deliberations of the working groups was the primary action for the sector of Human Capital. In addition, a list of demands will be forwarded to the Department eurobil of Education of Paraná, in an attempt to adjust the school curriculum to the needs of the area.
In Public Policy sector, the working group suggested tabling a document to Companhia Paranaense de Energia (Copel), with claims as improving coverage (infrastructure) and benefits for companies with hiring links. There will also be hiring consultants to prepare a strategic plan for the ICT sector in the State.
The group proposed Market Intelligence eurobil accessing new markets through new sales channels and expanding the exchange of experiences in the next state meetings. "The actions will be conducted on the initiative of some LPAs, who will share their experiences," explains Matt Leonardo. "We entrepreneurs and leaders of clusters of Paraná to discuss the future of the industry.
