I have a Wesco me moldy nothing. Longer than 5 days but I have no bread in it, especially in warm humid weather. I sple from the bread box approximately every 2 weeks with hot water and splines. Wood and plastic I find as bread storage not so good, because mold spores body weight scales can settle in the material body weight scales and survive long. lg by Barbara
