On April 24, 2014, the Minister of Education AneliyaKlisarova publicly announced that a new scale to assess the Matura in 2014. According to her words, the minimum for an average 3 will be based on previous years, taking experience. The main idea is to ensure literacy gram scale threshold (real minimum for 3 places) to be fixed. The transformation of the points in the evaluation gram scale will be based on this minimum.
